Refund Policy

At Aether Tactical Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

General Return and Refund Conditions:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personal care items, opened cosmetics, intimate apparel). This will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@aethertacticaldesign.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with specific instructions on where to ship your return and any necessary documentation.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the new item is in stock and can be shipped to you promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

California Law Considerations:

  • This policy is intended to comply with California's return and refund laws. Consumers in California have certain rights regarding returns, particularly for defective goods.

  • For defective goods, California law generally requires retailers to either repair, replace, or refund the item. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing such situations.

  • We will always strive to comply with California law regarding consumer rights and remedies.
